These Terms of Service govern the conditions and procedures for using PawMily's shared pet diary service, and set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the company and users.
These Terms take effect when posted in the app or otherwise notified to users. The Service may amend these Terms; amended Terms take effect 7 days after in-app notice.
PawMily is available for personal, non-commercial use only. Users must use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms, and must not infringe on the rights of others.
① Children under the age of 14 may not create an account. If the Service determines that a user is under 14, it may restrict or delete that account. ② Minors aged 14 or older must obtain consent from a legal guardian before using the Service. ③ A paid subscription entered into by a minor without the consent of a legal guardian may be cancelled by the minor or their legal guardian.
Users retain ownership of all content they post (diaries, photos, comments, etc.). By sharing content, users grant PawMily a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content within the app. This license terminates upon account deletion.
① To manage storage and delivery performance, photos and videos are automatically processed on your device before being uploaded. Original camera files are not stored on our servers. ② Photo storage quality depends on your plan. PawMily Basic (free) — Photos are stored at a quality suitable for on-screen viewing. High quality is not guaranteed. PawMily Plus (paid) — Photos are stored at high quality, with a longest edge of at least 1,280 pixels. ③ Videos are processed automatically based on your plan and the video's length and resolution. Video quality is not guaranteed. PawMily Plus stores videos at a higher quality than PawMily Basic. ④ Limits apply to the number and size of photos and videos per post; current limits are shown in the app. A video that still exceeds the allowed size after processing may be blocked from uploading. ⑤ These standards may change as the Service evolves; changes will be announced under Article 2. Changes do not apply retroactively to already-uploaded content.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account and are liable for all activities that occur under their account. Suspected unauthorized use must be reported to the Service immediately.
